• Managed delivery of the showcase event for the company’s client Telstra, negotiating with client representatives to manage ambitious demands and deliver a seamless event that surpassed expectations and produced strong commercial results
• Overseen a multimillion-dollar event budget, including coordination of procurement
• Managed the creative development process, acting as the conduit between creative department & the client to maintain communication flows and  approval process
• Managed all aspects of planning and scheduling across all stakeholders
• Supervised onsite installation and construction work for all technical and creative elements across both exhibition and conference spaces, including management of a production teams.
