- Key liaison and coordination of technical and operational matters with the key stakeholders Japan Rugby, World Rugby and IMG
Coordinated and managed Japan Rugby’s technical integration and telecommunications partners (Fujitsu and NTT) - Provided additional technical and advisory match support services to the adjacent Tokyo Stadium
- Represented Japan Rugby in the development and execution of Typhoon Hagibis emergency shutdown of the International Broadcast Centre including post Typhoon reinstatement
