Earthan International was engaged by Rugby World Cup 2021 & the international governing body World Rugby to help navigate time zone challenges to drive the collaborations required between Rugby World Cup 2021 & World Rugby to finalise all policies and procedures also detailing the overarching C3 framework for the tournament operations and to deliver a bespoke readiness program to improve operational Match Fitness

• Developed and finalised all Tournament time policies and procedures enabling collaborative input from primary stakeholders Rugby World Cup 2021 & World Rugby
• Planned and facilitated global workshops to define and document the Command, Control and Communication (C3) integrated framework for tournament time operations, high level decision making and critical incident management
