Ei provided end to end planning and management of  the Technology Readiness Program including Technology Rehearsals One & Technology Rehearsal Two conducted in May 2021

  • Key liaison and coordination of technical and operational matters with the key stakeholders Tokyo 2020 Organising committee and the International Olympic Committee
  • Planning and management of the Technical Readiness and Rehearsals Officials Program
  • Development and management of the Technology Readiness Integrated Master Roadmap
  • Director of Technology Rehearsal Central Team responsible for planning, content development and execution
  • Planned and facilitated day one briefing and day five debrief
  • Technology rehearsal two consisted of over 1550 participants, 73 Technical Officials, 25 Olympic Venues and over 1000 executed scenarios
